Shimla--Prem Kumar Dhumal, Himachal Chief Minister congratulated Team India for winning the Cricket World Cup-2011 in an impressive manner. Prof. Dhumal in his felicitation message said that all the team members put in their coordinated efforts and played like real professionals to become victorious after long gap of 28 years.
